In addition to solar panels, there is an electric generator. A main terrace with barbecue is located on the ground floor. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Vela Rava, just 1 km away. Reachable only by boat, bike or on foot, the house mostly runs on solar energy and rain water. Rain water for the bathroom and kitchen is collected in a tank. A 4-metre motor boat is available for an additional fee, which includes 10 litres of petrol. There is a pier and a private beach just 10 metres away. There is a second terrace on the second floor, and both have garden furniture. There is an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and 2 double bedrooms. Dove's House is located in the secluded bay of Golubovac, on the southern coast of Rava Island. There is also a bathroom and an extra toilet. Toilets are flushed with sea water at House Dove.
